Castique is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms explain a few service-specific details alongside that agreement.
You may submit only content that you have the right to use. Castique creates AI-generated audio from material you provide; the result can contain mistakes or omissions and is not professional advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other high-stakes decisions.
Castique offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple account subscription settings. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Generation depends on third-party AI and network services, so availability and output quality are not guaranteed. We may update or suspend the service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.
